  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water while prepping.
  2. In a bowl, mix cubed chicken with olive oil, spices, and hot honey until well-coated.
  3. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
