  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) beans (red kidney and black), drained and rinsed

Instructions

  3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Mix in tomato paste and cook for another minute before adding diced tomatoes and beef broth.
  6. Incorporate the drained beans; simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes until thickened.
