  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes), then add garlic for an additional minute.
  2. Add cubed chuck steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in chopped bell peppers and cook until softened.
  4. Mix in tomato paste and diced tomatoes; cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine; cook for an additional minute.
  6. Pour in beef broth and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil before reducing heat to low.
