- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus included seasoning packet)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion until cooked through; drain grease.
- Stir in cheddar soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well mixed.
- Pour the beef mixture into the prepared dish and top with remaining cheese.
