- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb beef steak, cubed
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until tender and caramelized (about 6–8 minutes).
- Increase heat to medium-high, add cubed beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add cooked tortellini, toss well, then sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts (2–3 minutes).
