  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 lb beef steak, cubed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until tender and caramelized (about 6–8 minutes).
  3. Increase heat to medium-high, add cubed beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
  4. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add cooked tortellini, toss well, then sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts (2–3 minutes).
