  • 1 (5.6-ounce) package Knorr® Mexican rice (or similar)
  • 3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Santa Fe-style tortilla strips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10 large flour tortillas, burrito size
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion, garlic, and spices until browned.
