Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 2–3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 12–14 Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, diced chicken, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and thyme. Mix well.
- Grease a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with additional cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top.
