  • 1½ cups powdered sugar (divided)

Instructions

  3. Whisk together flour and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
  4. In a stand mixer, cream softened butter with ½ cup powdered sugar until slightly creamy.

  7. Roll tablespoon-sized dough into balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheets.
