Ingredients

  • 23 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, onion soup mix, both soups, milk, sour cream, minute rice, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until slightly browned.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
