Ingredients
- 2–3 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
- 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, onion soup mix, both soups, milk, sour cream, minute rice, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until slightly browned.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
