Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 cup cold butter, sliced
- 1 ½ cups oats
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a food processor, combine flour and brown sugar; pulse until mixed. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly, then mix in oats.
- Reserve 1 ½ cups of the crumb mixture for topping; press the rest into the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake for about 10 minutes until set.
