  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four burger patties slightly larger than the buns.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the burgers cook, butter the inside of each brioche bun and toast them face down in a pan until golden brown.
