  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cups chopped Snickers bar pieces, divided (about 13 fun size bars)
  • 12 tablespoons (6 oz) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (8 oz)
  • 46 tablespoons thick caramel sauce (such as Mrs. Richardson’s)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until no streaks of flour remain.
  5. Gently fold in ¾ cup of chopped Snickers pieces.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to portion out about 16 dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are still soft.
