- 1 package (15.5 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 3/4 cups milk (any variety)
- 2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup pastel M&M’s (for garnish)
- 20 PEEP marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and chocolate pudding mixes until thickened.
- Combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture; beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Press half of the crushed Oreos into a 13×9-inch dish as the crust.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the crust and top with remaining crushed Oreos.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with pastel M&M’s and place one PEEP on each slice before serving.
