  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes; then uncover, add remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 20 minutes until bubbly.
