  • 4 large eggs, beaten

  • 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and stir-fry quickly until just set but still moist.
  3. Add cold cooked rice to the pan; break apart any clumps.
