  • ¾ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1¾ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, honey, bouillon cube, onion powder, oregano, basil, and parsley in a large measuring cup.
  2. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise and pound to ½-inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add white wine and scrape up browned bits; let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add butter and flour; cook briefly before adding the sauce mixture gradually while stirring constantly until thickened (about 8 minutes).
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; return seared chicken to skillet and heat through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
