Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef with diced onions over medium-high heat until browned. Add bell peppers and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken.
  5. Return broccoli to the skillet and mix well before serving hot over rice.
