  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef (about 5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
