  • 1 lb mild pork sausage
  • 2 (26 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
  • Sliced pepperoni (amount as desired)
  • 3 (8 oz) bags shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook bow tie pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage with onion, garlic, and oregano until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer half of the sauce on the bottom. Add layers of pasta, sauce, cheeses, and meats as specified.
  5. Top with remaining ingredients and bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
