  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups roasted (lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and half of the peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of Cocoa Pebbles until coated and press into the prepared dish.
  4. Combine unsalted butter, sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, and remaining peanut butter; heat until melted and pour over the Cocoa Pebbles layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top while warm.
  6. Melt KRAFT caramels with remaining evaporated milk; pour over peanuts.
  7. Melt remaining chocolate chips and butterscotch chips with peanut butter; drizzle on top.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
