Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Layer half of the potatoes in the slow cooker followed by half of the meat mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat layers.
