- Shape the dough into a smooth ball and place it seam-side up in a floured banneton basket. Let it proof for an additional 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 460°F (238°C) during the last hour of proofing.
- Score the dough and bake in a preheated Dutch oven for 30 minutes covered, then an additional 10 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
