  • 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 810 shrimp, deveined
  • 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables (e.g., Brussels sprouts, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Optional: chili crisp or flakes, for heat

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak with Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch for the sauce.
  3. Sear marinated steak in a hot skillet for about 1 minute per side; set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables in the same skillet until tender.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  6. Combine cooked steak and prepared noodles with the sauce; toss until heated through.
  7. Serve garnished with green onions and optional chili flakes.
