  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 12 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • Non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Prepare the batter by mixing flour, granulated onion, garlic, and spices in a bowl; add non-dairy milk until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in batter and roll in Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or air fry for 15–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
